Erinma began her career in public accounting in Nigeria as a Chartered Accountant. She obtained her CPA certification 17 year ago on relocating to the United States. She has spent over a quarter of a century helping global multinational organizations drive efficiency in tax and finance functions. Observing that small businesses historically struggle to achieve exceptional results similar to the larger corporations; due to limited access to requisite expertise and talent. She brings her wealth of experience to offer something meaningful and valuable at a fraction of the cost to mainstream America. Mirroring the time-tested team-based model of support utilized by big business to score great success, she works alongside a team of professionals, thought leaders and the best of breed in key areas of Tax Planning, Risk Mitigation, Wealth Management, Legal Services and Business Advisory. Forming an ecosystem that collaborates to deliver value through holistic and proactive planning. As a non-practicing CPA, her mission is to help Accountants transition to the firm of the future with our Accountant team-based model. Also, as a licensed life insurance agent, she creates personalized insurance solutions driven by client needs.

Ian Welham began his career qualifying in the UK as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young. He then left public practice and became CFO of a Barcelona-based publicly traded company. Subsequently, Ian held CEO and COO positions in Hong Kong, The Netherlands, Belgium, and the US. In 2016 he co-founded HaydenRock Solutions working hands-on with CPA firms to help them become 21st-century accountants. Following the merger of Elite Resource Team and HaydenRock in 2020, Ian now focuses on building relationships with Elite members and providing them coaching services to help them Maximize Business Potential and become the Most Relevant Advisor to their clients. He resides in New Jersey with his wife, Linda. They have twin daughters. He is a devoted Manchester United “football” fan and an avid golfer. In particular Ian’s areas of expertise within the Member Support Team are Virtual Proactive Coach and Virtual Proactive Facilitator.
